Zachary A. Kutsulis is an experienced attorney with substantial knowledge in handling catastrophic personal injury cases. Zak joins Schwartz Jambois with unique experience, as he represented defendant healthcare providers and product manufacturers in all types of medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and product liability matters for several years.

Additionally, during law school, Zak had the honor of externing for the Honorable Theresa Lazar Springmann, the then sitting Chief Judge of the Northern District of Indiana. This experience provided him with a unique perspective on judicial processes and further solidified his passion for the law.

At Schwartz Jambois, Zak continues to apply his extensive expertise and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Zak graduated from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he played for the baseball team.
